Dr. John Giordano is a general dentist licensed in the state of Massachusetts. He is a partner in a general family practice in Worcester, MA. Dr. Giordano received his dental education from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his forensic dentistry education at the University Of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio’s Center for Education and Research in Forensics (CERF). He continues to further his education in forensics by attending numerous forensic odontology seminars and workshops.
He is a consultant for the Worcester Police Department and the Rhode Island Department of Child Protective Services concerning forensic dentistry matters and is member of the Disaster Mortuary Response Team (DMORT) Region 1 as a forensic odontologist.. He is further active in many dental and regional associations and societies.
Dr. Giordano teaches and acts as a clinical instructor at Quinsigamond Community College in both the Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs. He provides numerous forensic odontology lectures each year to state wide health professionals, law enforcement and academic institutions as well as nationally recognized groups such as Lead America. He is involved in on going forensic dental research through the Forensic Dentistry Resource Center.
